Kamienica 25
Kamienica 25 is an 1899 townhouse at Zygmunta Krasińskiego 25 in Wrocław, built to a design by Georg Rzechulka.
We revitalised it in consultation with the heritage conservator: the façade has regained its original off-white colour, confirmed by stratigraphic tests, and the historic staircase has been kept in the renovated stairwell.
The surviving part of the old townhouse has become a six-storey building with a lift, balconies and a terrace.
It houses six apartments of 104 to 241 m² and commercial units on the ground floor.
