Chapter I – Privacy Policy
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:
The data controller, in accordance with Article 4(7) of the GDPR, is 9AND7 Sp. z o.o., ul. Podwale 63, 50-010 Wrocław, NIP: 8982238806.
Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, not providing data classified as necessary for the performance of a contract of which the data subject is a party makes it impossible to conclude and execute the contract and, consequently, to provide the desired service.
The administrator collects and processes the following personal data:
- first and last name,
- mailing address,
- telephone number,
- email address,
- company name – if applicable,
- tax identification number (NIP) – if applicable,
- business address – if applicable.
- Personal data has been obtained from the contact form, conversations, telephone contacts, email correspondence, meetings, and will be processed for the purpose of:
- providing services, including the performance of a concluded contract and the sale of products,
- current contact resulting from the concluded contract or actions taken to conclude it,
- enabling the provision of services electronically, including the handling of inquiries,
- current contact resulting from the concluded contract or actions taken to conclude it,
- direct marketing and promotion of own products and services,
- providing answers to submitted questions, conducting correspondence,
- fulfilling legally binding obligations on the data controller in connection with the need to retain accounting evidence,
- defense against claims and enforcement of legally justified claims of the data controller until the expiry of the limitation period in accordance with the Civil Code.
Legal basis: Article 6(1) of the GDPR.
The administrator processes data in accordance with the law, collects them for specified, lawful purposes, and does not subject them to further processing incompatible with those purposes. Data is collected only to the extent adequate, necessary, and relevant to the purposes for which they are processed. The administrator does not process special categories of personal data. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of services.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
The administrator makes every effort to protect the personal data of customers and users from unauthorized access by third parties and in this regard applies organizational and technical security measures corresponding to the risk of processing personal data. The administrator does not provide personal data to any unauthorized recipients.
The administrator stores personal data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and the contract, and no longer than the time specified in the applicable provisions of law and no longer than is necessary for the purposes arising from the legally justified interests pursued by the administrator. In connection with the marketing of products and services offered by the administrator, this data is stored until consent is withdrawn.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- access the content of processed data (Article 15 of the GDPR),
- rectify processed data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
- erase processed data (Article 17 of the GDPR),
- restrict the processing of data (Article 18 of the GDPR),
- transfer processed data (Article 20 of the GDPR),
- object to the processing of data (Article 21 of the GDPR),
- lodge a complaint in connection with the processing of personal data by the data controller to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) (Article 77 of the GDPR).
The data provided to us are stored and processed by us with the use of appropriate security measures in accordance with the requirements of Polish law. All our employees are required to comply with our policies and procedures related to confidentiality, security, and privacy.

Chapter II – Cookie Policy
