Okulickiego 21
Okulickiego 21 is a detached building on the main street of the former village of Zakrzów, in north-east Wrocław, listed in the municipal register of monuments.
It was built as an inn; according to the title documents, construction was completed in 1940.
We are preparing a thorough renovation in agreement with the heritage conservator, keeping the historic form of the building.
After the renovation it can serve residential and commercial uses; the commercial part could house, for example, a small school, a nursery or a private clinic.
